Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Parsons Corporation, North America, Mrs. Ilori provides expert guidance on complex legal matters and supports the organization’s strategic objectives. Previously, she served as a Strategic Contract Advisor at the National Research Council Canada and practiced business law at Gowling WLG in Canada, where she gained substantial experience in navigating intricate legal and regulatory frameworks.

Her prior roles in Nigeria, including as Legal and Compliance Officer at Asset & Resource Management Company Ltd and as a Tax and Regulatory Analyst at KPMG, reflect her broad expertise in diverse legal domains.

Barrister Funmi Ilori holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Toronto, Canada, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She is a licensed Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario, Canada. She is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
