Mr. Harrison Nnebe is an accomplished finance and investment professional with nearly two decades of expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, and governance. A Chartered Stockbroker and a sponsored individual of the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), he combines deep financial expertise with a commitment to advancing science, education, and research.
Mr. Nnebe is a licensed Mutual Funds Dealer in Canada and previously served as a Wealth Relationship Manager at Vancity and Credential Asset Management Inc, where he advised clients on personalized investment strategies. His prior roles include Head of Asset Management at Mega Capital and Portfolio Manager at Chapel Hill Denham, where he successfully managed diverse portfolios and developed innovative financial solutions.
With a strong foundation in corporate governance and a passion for supporting education and transformational research, particularly in genomics and bioinformatics, Harrison is a valuable member of the board at the Floret Center for Advanced Genomics and Bioinformatics Research.
He holds a double honors bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics Education (B.Ed.) from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His leadership, ethical practices, and strategic insights continue to contribute to the Floret Center’s mission of driving groundbreaking advances in genomics and bioinformatics.
