Mr. Ibikunle Bolorunduro is a versatile professional with deep expertise in emerging markets, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies, and technology. Known for his innovative thinking and ability to drive impactful solutions, Ibikunle has a proven track record of empowering businesses and fostering sustainable growth across diverse industries.

He is a co-founder and Resident Director at Dorset Global Services Asia, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, overseeing the company’s operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ibikunle holds equity interests and provides board oversight in businesses across Europe and Africa, spanning finance, technology, and biotech sectors. Previously, he worked as an alternative asset management professional at Chapel Hill Denham and briefly served as Head of Mass Market SME Banking at Fidelity Bank Plc in Nigeria. Earlier in his career, he rose from Associate to Senior Associate at Nextzon Business Services before rejoining as a Partner, during which he was seconded to serve as a Senior Advisor working directly with a state governor in the Federal Republic of Nigeria on a key strategic initiative.

As a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and pan-African development, Ibikunle has earned invitations to engage with business and government leaders, including a former Chairperson of the African Union and a serving Head of State, to discuss growth strategies, youth empowerment, and economic development in Africa.

Throughout his career, Ibikunle has successfully led start-up ventures and strategic partnerships across USA, Europe, East Asia, and Africa, including TallinnBiotech OÜ. His leadership and dedication to innovation have positioned him as a trusted advisor and impactful leader.

Ibikunle holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Venture Creation). He has completed certifications in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute and participated in professional development programs across various functional areas. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School’s Venture in Management Programme (Class of 2005).

As a Non-Executive Director at The Floret Center, Ibikunle leverages his multidisciplinary expertise to align the organization’s research initiatives with sustainable growth, ensuring its continued leadership in genomics and bioinformatics.
